Payment Policy
Items purchased through our website may be returned for refund of original purchase price less shipping cost with RMA. Please contact us for RMA information. Returned item must be received with RMA clearly printed on the package, within 30 days of purchase close in order to qualify for return credit. Items not meeting these requirements will be held and shipped back at customer's expense. Physically damaged items, items not in original packaging do not qualify for return credit.

Warranty Period
All of our Cameras and DVR'S carry a full 1-Year warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Ohana Security Group's Surveillance Solutions is a licensed warranty repair facility for ALL of the products that we sell. This means that you will simply have to send your product back to us for repair or replacement under manufacturer's warranty!

Manufacturer's warranty will not cover items that are physically damaged in any way, or damaged by electrical surges.
